Secret art of survival exhibition: FEPOW Descendants’ weekend
In association with the Secret Art of Survival exhibition at Victoria Gallery & Museum (VG&M), we have organised a special FEPOW descendants’ weekend.
SATURDAY 16th November
VG&M: FEPOW galleries open to public all day (no booking required).
PM – Conservation Workshop – advice on FEPOW archives (to be confirmed)
SUNDAY 17th noon
Remembrance Service, Liverpool Parish Church (near the waterfront)

SUNDAY 17th 6:30pm
Special evening at Royal Liverpool Philharmonic (RLPO) Hall:
Welcome presentation, including performance the RLPO Youth Choir of the Women of Palembang Internment Camp’s Vocal Orchestra rendition of Dvorak’s Largo, in memory of all FEPOW captives
Feature film – Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence, David Bowie as FEPOW Major Jack Celliers Tickets £8 - £12 per person (must be booked directly through RLPO, from May 2019) NB films at RLPO are very special.
